Yap - Boz: Sanatla Farkındalık
Inspired by the "Creation and Destruction" exhibition by Frank Bowling, this workshop explores how continuing someone else's work transforms the creative process. Participants work with contrasting elements like order and chaos, chance and control, using techniques such as pouring, dripping, splattering, layering, and pressing to create surfaces. They then build upon each other's work, taking over the production process and transforming it in the process.
Participants engage in creative expression through art therapy techniques and meditative mindfulness practices. At times, they make conscious choices, while at other times, they allow the movement of paint, water, and gravity to guide them. Throughout the process, they observe the emotions, associations, and physical responses that emerge, experiencing concepts such as uncertainty, control, transformation, and new beginnings through creative production.
