İmer Demirer Quartet
İmer Demirer is one of the prominent figures in the Turkish jazz scene, known for his unique style. For this musician, who has been playing the trumpet for 50 years, the instrument has become an inseparable part of his identity. The sounds emanating from his trumpet, sometimes lyrical, sometimes rebellious, reflect the depth of his perspective on both music and life. The accomplished trumpeter, who believes that "one should not waste their breath," aims to create meaningful and lasting value through the sounds he produces. Demirer began his musical journey at the Istanbul State Conservatory at the age of 12. After his education at Mimar Sinan University, he shared the stage with renowned names such as Emin Fındıkoğlu, Erol Pekcan, Neşet Ruacan, and Aydın Esen. To date, İmer Demirer has released two solo albums, "You Me & Char" (2009) and "Evergreen" (2025).
