Üç Kız Kardeş
Anton Chekhov's play "Three Sisters" is being brought to the present day and to our country with a new perspective, adapted and directed by Tufan Afşar by the NOK Theatre.
Three sisters, Olcay, Miray, and İrem, living in Istanbul, struggle to cope with a sense of displacement in a rapidly changing world. While grappling with societal pressures, an unhappy marriage, and anxieties about the future, they strive to find their own paths.
The play seamlessly blends excerpts from Chekhov's original text, connecting the emotional dilemmas of 125 years ago with the individual struggles of today.
