Kaçak Çay Performansı
Mustafa and Fatih are two artists. One is from Diyarbakır, and the other is from Istanbul.
They want to perform together.
That's all.
"Kaçak Çay Performansı" follows the collaborative journey of two artists from different regions of this country, each with their own unique stories, spanning over two years.
A story about becoming and not becoming an artist. A story that wants to dance. A dance performance that refuses to tell a story.
A "teapot story" is a narrative, performance, or presentation that unfolds while tea is being brewed in a teapot.
A personal exploration of self-reliance, growing up in Turkey, pursuing a life as an artist, and finding meaning in performance and in life.
