"How did we end up feeling so alone? How did we, with so many neighbors, so many friends, and in this country that has been our home for so long, end up feeling so isolated?"

Three women from three different, traumatic periods in Turkish history: Muzaffer Çırak Manoli, the suicidal chemist Leman, and the respectable tailor Mediha. The stories of these three women, who run businesses in Beyoğlu and its surroundings, intertwine through their relationships with Maryam Şahinyan, Turkey's first female studio photographer, who is also an entrepreneur.
These three women, whose destinies and personalities are shaped by the historical periods they lived through, grapple with the struggles of being a minority, trying to exist in a male-dominated world, and simply needing to be loved. The play, in which we witness each character's story of exclusion, offers a multi-faceted perspective on the concept of "the other," while also humorously portraying the experiences of being a woman in different periods of Turkish history. Accompanying this dynamic narrative world on stage is a universe of photographs generated by artificial intelligence, which complements and enriches the storytelling.
