Can a woman and a man who live in different time periods fall in love with each other?

The play "Einstein Company," which won the Best Play and Özdemir Nutku National Theater awards, answers this fascinating question with a resounding "yes." The play invites you to imagine a scenario where Albert Einstein, arguably the most brilliant scientist the world has ever known, brings his theory of temporal paradox to life for one night.

Ferit, a young theater artist from Izmir, has found himself in trouble and is now being held in a police station. Meanwhile, in a guesthouse room in the town of Ioannina, Greece, Elina, who was forced to migrate from Izmir, is no longer wanting to live due to the pain she has endured. Elina and Ferit, living in different times, may be experiencing the most difficult night of their lives. Until the universe opens a small door for them…

The encounter between Elina, a young woman who has lost everyone she loved, and Ferit, a street artist who wants to pursue his dreams, changes both of their lives.

"Einstein Company," written by Devrim Pınar Gürbüzoğlu and directed by Hasan Demirci, presents a unique blend of science fiction and Turkish culture as it explores the consequences of the Population Exchange period of the 1930s, a time that forced millions of people to leave their homes and resulted in countless deaths on the roads.

We invite everyone who wants to witness this magical story to the THINK House stage...
