The final film in the "Migration Trilogy," *Diet*, explores the process of adapting to urban life through the lens of factory work and the working class. After marrying, Hacer and Hasan, who work at the same factory, adopt different attitudes towards working conditions. Influenced by the experiences of their neighbor Mustafa, who is injured at work and, because he works without a union and without proper registration, is unable to claim any rights, Hacer becomes drawn to the union. Hasan, on the other hand, avoids conflict with the employer. Through the growing conflict between the couple, the film examines the transition from rural life to industrial capitalism, the exploitation of labor, class consciousness, and the struggle for organization.
