ALADAĞLAR YILDIZBAŞI SUMMIT (3454mt) EVENT 17-18 OCTOBER SATURDAY-SUNDAY. Mountain Guide: Memet GÜNGÖR (TDF 3rd-level Coach). You must have a license to participate in the event. The first climbing activity of the autumn. During our event, the detailed program of which you can review below, you will have the chance to watch the stars while camping in isolation with a view of the Demirkazık wall, enjoy the lake view and swim in the lake. PROGRAM Our vehicle will depart from İncirli at 21:00 on Friday evening, October 16. We will set off after picking you up in succession from the main stops you specify. We will arrive at Niğde’s Çamardı district in the early hours of Saturday morning, October 17. After breakfast and a final shopping break, we will go to the Demirkazık Mümtaz ÇANKAYA Mountain House, and from there take tractors up to the Arpalık area. After loading our backpacks onto the mules, we will have an approximately 3-4-hour hike to the Obayeri camping area. After reaching the campsite, we will set up camp and move on to final preparations for the climb and rest. On Sunday, October 18, we will depart for the summit at the designated time during the night and return to the camping area after approximately 6-8 hours of hiking. We will hand our tents over to the mules at the camping area and begin the descent to the Arpalık area. From there, we will take a tractor down to the Demirkazık Mümtaz ÇANKAYA mountain house. We will board the bus from the mountain house and depart for Istanbul around 16:00 – 17:00; we are expected to arrive in Istanbul around 02:00. REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: - Backpack, trekking poles, gaiters, hiking boots, tent, sleeping bag, mat. - Helmet (Mandatory. The club will provide a limited number of helmets for those without one.) - Gloves, hat-beanie-Buff, base-mid-outer layers. - Swimsuit, swim shorts, etc. (On the return trip, depending on the weather and time, we may enter Dipsiz Lake if there is water in it.) - Water bottle, thermos, cup. - Sunglasses, protective face and lip cream. - Pocketknife, cookware, fork-spoon, stove-cartridge, lighter-matches. - Please arrange your food and drinks to include lunch, dinner and breakfast. Do not forget your snacks for during the event (sandwiches, dried figs-apricots-plums, hazelnuts-walnut kernels, cezerye bars, etc.). - Your medications and personal belongings. OUR EVENTS ARE COSTED ON THE BASIS OF COST SHARING. THEREFORE, FRIENDS WHO REGISTER FOR THE EVENT BUT CANNOT ATTEND ARE OBLIGATED TO PAY THE PARTICIPATION FEE. THIS RULE IS APPLIED TO PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF PARTICIPANTS WHO ATTEND THE EVENT. THE EVENT COST-SHARING FEE IS ESTIMATED TO BE AROUND 7400 TL FOR SPORTS CLUB MEMBERS AND 7900 TL FOR WEB MEMBERS.
