About Trip
Narrator:
“At the Aspendos Theatre, an invisible play was performed at midnight. The purpose of this play was to remind people of goodness.”
Narrator:
“One evening, little Arda secretly entered the theatre. He heard the footsteps of invisible actors on stage.”
Invisible Actor (as if speaking to the audience):
“Did you repair a heart today?”
Arda (to himself):
“I guess… no.”
Narrator:
“When the play ended, a small plate of dates was left on the stage. Arda could not understand this.”
Wise Actor's Voice:
“Iftar is much more than a plate, my child. If you feed a heart, your own heart will be satisfied too.”
Narrator:
“From that day on, Arda was there for anyone who looked sad. Because the invisible actors of Aspendos had taught him the most beautiful secret of Ramadan:
The iftar that nourishes the heart is the most abundant.”
