The visual artist, who spends his daily life between his studio in Gültepe and the island of Kınalıada, captures the vibrant atmosphere of the city's hidden corners and seeks ways to understand and engage with it.
Cosentino Istanbul has been conducting photographic expeditions to neighborhoods for thirty years, seamlessly blending the external and internal, the past and the present. This consistency, along with the sense of familiarity gained through repeated visits, allows them to anticipate what they will encounter at different stages of their journeys, creating a rich and textured narrative.
