About Venue
An art nouveau mansion built in 1907 on the Çubuklu hill by the Khedive of Egypt Abbas Hilmi Pasha, now run by the municipality as a restaurant and café. From the garden the Bosphorus is visible as far as the Fatih Bridge; the grove blazes with colour at tulip time. Ninety minutes for breakfast or tea.
