Opened by the metropolitan municipality in 1989, this concert hall is one of the city's most accessible stages, with a programme spanning classical, Turkish classical, jazz and world music. It has its own symphony orchestra and choir, and tickets are usually affordable. It stands next to the Military Museum in Harbiye.
