• Tickets are not required for babies under the age of 4. They can attend for free with a ticket-holding parent. One free child (under 4 years old) is allowed per ticket-holding parent.

• All visitors aged 4 and above are required to purchase a ticket. Visitors aged 4 but not yet 12 must purchase a child ticket.

• Visitors who have reached the age of 12 are considered adults.

• Tickets purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.
