Prepare the delicious dishes of Turkish cuisine under the guidance of a chef, and share them together at a communal table!

You are invited to a three-hour hands-on culinary experience in our workshop near the Galata Tower. We will work through a pre-determined menu, allowing you to learn about the ingredients used in the recipes and practice the preparation techniques with the guidance of our chef.

At the end of the experience, you will share the meals you prepared together at the same table, and you will be able to recreate what you learned at home using the PDF recipes provided after the workshop. You don't need any prior cooking experience to participate.

You will become familiar with the selected Turkish cuisine menu and its ingredients.
You will actively participate in the preparation of the materials.
You will cook the dishes under the chef's guidance.
