Land of Legends Event Rules and Regulations:

GENERAL ENTRY RULES.

1. The Land of Legends Theme Park wristbands are used for entering and exiting the park, as well as for making payments for paid services within the park. You can obtain a list of free and paid services and facilities at the entrance gates.
2. Within The Land of Legends Theme Park, you can make all your payments using the wristbands provided to you upon entry. You can add credit to your wristbands using cash or credit card at the designated locations within the theme park.
3. According to the rules of Theme Park. Visitors under the age of 4 (i.e., children who have not yet reached their 4th birthday) are considered infants.; Visitors who have not yet reached their 12th birthday (i.e., those under the age of 12) are considered children. It is standard practice. When visitors purchase their admission wristbands for the theme park, it is mandatory for them to present identification or a passport to the ticket counter staff in order to verify the ages of infants and children.
4. The wristbands are original and must be kept in the condition they were given to you. If a wristband is damaged or lost, please contact the Guest Relations Office. The staff member may request identification and a signature for verification. Please do not remove your wristband/receipt until the end of your visit. Legal action will be taken against anyone using counterfeit wristbands or engaging in fraudulent activities.
5. The operation of the attractions within The Land of Legends Theme Park may be affected by weather conditions and maintenance work. Please contact the Guest Relations Office for information regarding any attractions that are temporarily closed due to technical issues.
6. The duration of use for The Land of Legends Theme Park wristbands is: This offer is valid for a single day of use at The Land of Legends Theme Park.
7. Wristbands for The Land of Legends Theme Park. Returns or cancellations are not possible.Activities and cabana services booked for the day of the event or afterwards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
8. Attendants are responsible for the people they are accompanying, and... Visitors under the age of 12 are not permitted to enter the park unaccompanied. A visitor under the age of 12 must be accompanied by someone who is at least 18 years old.
9. It is prohibited to enter The Land of Legends Theme Park with flammable, explosive materials, sharp objects, weapons, and other hazardous substances.
10. To The Land of Legends Theme Park. Bringing pets is prohibited.
11. Bringing items that could pose a hazard or obstruct staff, such as Frisbees, balls, and similar objects, is prohibited. Additionally, the use of equipment that could interfere with pedestrian traffic, such as scooters, skateboards, bicycles, and rollerblades, is also prohibited.

The management of The Land of Legends Theme Park, or individuals authorized by the management, has the right to prevent visitors from entering the park or to remove them from the park if the peace and safety within the park are jeopardized due to incidents such as theft, aggressive behavior, violation of park rules, or attempting to cut in line, resulting from a failure to comply with the specified safety regulations.

FOOD AND DRINK REGULATIONS.

DRESS CODE.

1. Appropriate attire (swimwear) must be worn when using the pool and water slides, and the use of the pools and facilities is mandatory.
2. At The Land of Legends Theme Park, it is mandatory for visitors to wear appropriate footwear, such as comfortable shoes or sandals, throughout the day.
3. Before using the pools for babies and children under 3 years old, it is mandatory to use special, waterproof swim diapers. (Regular diapers are not suitable.)
4. Visitors are responsible for the safety of their belongings. The Land of Legends Theme Park is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

RULES TO BE FOLLOWED.

1. In all units, there are limitations regarding your safety and comfort, including factors such as health conditions, weight, height, age, and the need for an accompanying person. Adherence to these limitations is mandatory. Otherwise, the guest will be solely responsible for any negative consequences that may arise.
2. All photos, videos, and audio recordings taken by you are intended for your personal use only. Without our written permission, any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.
3. For security reasons, our parking area is monitored by a camera system.
4. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only; smoking is prohibited in all other areas. These designated areas are specified in accordance with Law No. 4207 and related legislation.
5. Pregnant women, individuals with heart or blood pressure conditions, those with physical ailments or skin infections, and people with open wounds are prohibited from using the pools and facilities. Otherwise, the guest will be solely responsible for any negative consequences that may arise.
6. Visitors should be in good health and free from any potential medical issues. If you have any concerns about your health or are experiencing chronic conditions, please consult a doctor. For information regarding our policies for guests with disabilities, please refer to the "Accessibility Policy" on our website or contact our Park Call Centre.
7. In addition to the general rules, specific restrictions are indicated on the signage and are monitored by staff. Please pay attention to these restrictions and comply with them.
8. Entertainment facilities always carry a certain level of risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks that a reasonable person would be aware of. When using these facilities, you should consider it a good exercise in decision-making, and you must behave responsibly, adhering to all written warnings and limitations posted within the facilities, as well as any verbal instructions given by staff.
9. The Land of Legends Theme Park has taken all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for its visitors. Guests are required to adhere to the warning signs and information boards, as well as the instructions provided by staff. However, The Land of Legends Theme Park is not liable for any damage to or loss of personal belongings, deaths, personal injuries, or any resulting consequences arising from a guest's negligence, lack of swimming ability, or failure to comply with the rules of the park (including, but not limited to, any negligence on the part of The Land of Legends Theme Park), or if such loss, damage, or injury occurs for any other reason. These limitations of liability do not affect situations that cannot be excluded under applicable laws, such as liabilities covered by the Consumer Protection Act. DISABILITY POLICY.

1. Guests with disabilities must be accompanied by a companion who is 18 years of age or older to enter the theme park.
2. To assess a person's suitability for riding, the individual and their companion should observe the entire riding process and strictly adhere to all safety signs and instructions. If there is any doubt, riding should be avoided. While staff cannot assess overall riding suitability, they can visually identify whether someone is complying with any specific riding restrictions.
3. If you have any questions, you can contact the Guest Relations Office before waiting in line.
4. The companions of individuals who require assistance assume full responsibility for the decision to allow them to use the rides, taking into account the physical capabilities of the person they are assisting, safety signage, an assessment of the ride's structure, and the inherent risks associated with using the amusement devices.
5. In situations where attendants are required to assist individuals with disabilities in getting on and off vehicles, staff members can provide assistance, but they are not authorized to lift the individual; this is because they may not be trained in the safe lifting techniques required for individuals with specific disabilities.
6. If the official determines that there is a significant risk to the disabled person's health, they may prevent them from boarding.
