Suç ve Ceza Oyunu

Crime and Punishment Game.

Today, a thought is born.

Tomorrow, a person will die.

So, when exactly does a crime begin?

Raskolnikov, a young law student living on the fringes of poverty, loneliness, and despair, becomes consumed by a dangerous idea that divides the world: Could some individuals have the right to break the law for the sake of a greater good?

This one-person theatrical adaptation is based on Dostoevsky's timeless classic. Crime and Punishment. It presents not just a murder story, but a psychological journey that takes place in the darkest corners of the human conscience.

As the audience follows Raskolnikov's every step, they become increasingly immersed in his mind; the lines between reality and delusion, crime and conscience, justice and arrogance, gradually blur. Within a world of unseen characters, heard voices, and a progressively shrinking space, a single body begins to bear the burden of countless souls.

Because sometimes, the most severe punishment isn't handed down in a courtroom.

True judgment begins when a person can no longer escape their own conscience.

This adaptation, which reinterprets Dostoevsky's profound explorations of the human psyche with a modern and straightforward stage language, invites the audience not just to witness a story, but to confront their own darkness.

Crime and Punishment. It's not just a story about a murder; it's a story about an idea, a conscience, and the possibility of becoming human again.
