Swedish progressive metal band Soen is at IF Beşiktaş in Istanbul on October 25, 2026, as part of the European “Reliance” tour!

Soen, one of the most impressive, emotionally charged, and technically flawless bands on the modern progressive metal scene, is coming to Türkiye as part of the European tour for its seventh studio album, Reliance (2026). Organized by Vera Müzik, the tour will take place in Ankara, İzmir, and Istanbul.

Soen has a loyal and enormous fan base in Türkiye that grows by the day. Responding to the intense interest and passion of its listeners, the band has mapped out a route to perform its new songs live:

Led by former Opeth drummer Martin Lopez and Joel Ekelöf, known for his mesmerizing vocal tone, Soen has created its own summit since its formation by blending the technical precision of progressive metal with post-rock atmospheres and deep melodic structures.

Following the global success of its previous album, “Memorial,” the Swedish band took its sound in an even more aggressive, raw, and dark direction with its seventh studio album, “Reliance,” released in January 2026. Focusing on the decay of the modern world, the alienation brought by digitization, and inner questioning, the album earned critical acclaim from the moment it was released. Music lovers will have the opportunity to hear new-era Soen compositions such as “Primal,” “Mercenary,” and “Discordia”—the album’s leading tracks—live in Türkiye for the first time.
