Skandal
SCANDAL
November 14th and 15th at the Maximum Uniq Hall.
"Skandal," a production in partnership between BKM and Kabare Dada, starring Okan Bayülgen, Didem Balçın, Eraslan Sağlam, and Yılmaz Sütçü, is premiering. The play will be performed throughout the season exclusively at the BKM Stage and the Maximum Uniq Hall in Maslak. Tickets are now on sale.
THE NIGHT ERASED FROM HISTORY!
The scandal recounts an event that took place in the autumn of 1809 at the Tuileries Palace in Paris. The main figures involved were Emperor Napoleon, his wife Josephine, the writer Marquis de Sade, and the Minister of Police, Joseph Fouche. The fact that it is now impossible to trace the details of this event suggests that it was deliberately erased from the records, likely to protect the stability of the French state.
Our audience will witness how the actors, writers, and researchers have brought this night to life through their insights and predictions, and they will understand why this scandal has been hidden from humanity for two centuries. Even though the events they witness may make them laugh, they are, in reality, a tragedy of the human condition.
Napoleon's romance novel is being translated into Turkish for the first time for the "Scandal" play. The novel will be available for purchase at the foyer of the Maximum Uniq Hall during the play's run.
Following each performance, the audience will have the opportunity to interact with the actors and discuss the play in talks that Okan Bayülgen has made a tradition of holding.
Is Bankası cardholders will receive a 10% cashback, while Privia Black and Maximiles Black cardholders will receive a 20% cashback. The "Skandal" game will begin in November.
