Atölye S Seramik Studio offers short-term experiences where participants can get acquainted with ceramics, as well as regular training programs that can help establish sustainable production practices. The studio workshops aim to foster technical learning, connection with the material, creative exploration, and individual production. The studio programs are offered in two formats: single-session ceramic workshops and weekly regular ceramic training. **Ceramic Workshop (Single-Session Experience)** The ceramic workshop program is designed for participants who are new to ceramics and want to experience the production process in a short amount of time. No prior ceramic experience is required, and it is suitable for all levels. During the workshop, participants will learn about ceramic clay, learn basic hand-building techniques, and create their own ceramic objects. The process is focused on exploration, creativity, and experience, rather than technical perfection. At the end of the workshop, the pieces created are processed by the studio through natural drying, glazing, and double firing. Because the technical stages of ceramic production require time, the products will be ready for delivery in approximately 2-3 weeks. Workshop Duration: Approximately 2 hours Workshop Flow: * Welcome and studio introduction * Brief information about ceramics and clay * Demonstration of basic shaping techniques * Participants' individual production process * Surface treatments and finishing touches * Decoration * Information about the firing and delivery process Included: * Professional instructor guidance * Ceramic clay and all equipment * Ceramic product creation * Glazing and double firing process * Unlimited tea, coffee, and water * Snacks **Regular Ceramic Training (Weekly Program)** The regular ceramic training program is a long-term program designed to help participants transform their interest in ceramics into a sustainable production practice. The training process supports both the transfer of technical knowledge and the development of individual production skills. Throughout the program, participants will learn about the properties of clay, different hand-building methods, surface and decoration techniques, glazing applications, and firing processes. The training is structured to allow participants to progress at their own pace, and they are encouraged to develop personal projects. It is suitable for participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced. Course Duration: 1 day per week, 2 hours Course Structure: • Review of previous work • Technical explanation and demonstration of ceramics • Individual production process • Instructor feedback and guidance Course Content: • Clay knowledge and preparation processes • Basic hand-building techniques • Form development and composition • Surface textures and decorative applications • Glaze knowledge and application • Firing processes • Personal project development Included: • Weekly classes with an instructor • Use of workshop equipment • Basic materials • Firing and glazing of completed work • Small group learning environment • Tea, coffee, and snacks provided Reservations are required after purchasing a ticket.
