Sanatçısı Belirsiz* İvi Buradaydı

ENKA Sanat is hosting the premiere of the play "The Artist is Unknown*", which is part of the 30th Istanbul Theatre Festival. Written by Çiğdem Erdöl and directed by Zeynep Özden and Elif Sözer, "The Artist is Unknown*" follows the traces of İvi Stangali, a Greek painter born in Istanbul in 1922. The play, featuring Tilbe Saran, Fulya Peker, and Çağdaş Ekin Şişman, brings to life different stages of İvi's life, her fragmented identity, and the memories she kept hidden. Beyond simply telling a biography of an artist, the play explores themes of exile, separation, lost paintings, unfinished works, and the memory of a life left unnamed.
