In our daily lives, one of the most common phrases we hear, perhaps since childhood, is: "What are you doing?" "What did you do?" "Do something!"
The questions "What should we do?" and "How should we do it?" are relevant not only on an individual level but also in society. As the song "Do Something" suggests... The problems are numerous, and the things that need to be done seem clear... But are they really?
Who decides what, and how? Who does what, and how? How do our actions and the things done to us affect our lives? How much influence do labels, judgments, and diagnoses have on what we do and don't do?
What are we doing ourselves in the things we tell others to do or not do? Are we doing what we want to do? Why can't we do it, and is it because of our own will or because we are being forced?
At the intersection of individual and societal spheres, we are examining our knowledge, assumptions, and ingrained beliefs about mental and emotional well-being, and challenging our established patterns. We invite you to join us.
