The most exciting day of the year in Adventure Bay is about to begin! Just as the Golden Apple Festival is about to start, Mayor Humdinger cuts off the festival's lights and the PAW Patrol's radio signals, and he's about to steal the Golden Apple and Chickaletta! Furthermore, he's about to sabotage the clock tower, causing the fireworks to explode prematurely.
This time, Ryder and the PAW Patrol team embark on a rescue mission against the clock, with the help of the children. Will they be able to save the festival, thanks to Skye's flying skills, Chase's tracking abilities, Marshall's bravery, and the children's assistance?
