Nickelodeon Play! Tersane İstanbul, a fully indoor and immersive theme park, welcomes visitors to one of Istanbul's most valuable locations, Tersane İstanbul. Inspired by the creative universe of Nickelodeon, this unique experience area opens the doors to a vibrant world filled with iconic characters such as PAW Patrol, Dora, SpongeBob SquarePants, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, offering a memorable experience for children and their families.
Nickelodeon Play! is set to bring a whole new dimension to the world of children with its interactive play areas, augmented reality (AR) experiences, character meet-and-greets, themed entertainment zones, and specially designed stores offering licensed merchandise. Aiming to provide its visitors not only with entertainment but also with unforgettable moments that foster emotional connections, Nickelodeon Play! is also one of the first of its kind in Turkey.

NICKELODEON PLAY! TERSANE ISTANBUL - ENTRY RULES.
1. Nickelodeon Play! wristbands for the Tersane Istanbul park are used for entering and exiting the park. You can obtain a list of free and paid services and facilities from the reception desks.
2 - At Nickelodeon Play! in the Tersane Istanbul complex, the wristbands are only used for entry at the turnstiles. You can make payments inside Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul using cash or credit card.
3 - Guests visiting Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul are required to carry identification or a passport with them. According to the rules of Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul, guests who have not yet reached the age of 2 (under 3 years old, 0-2.99 years) are considered infants, and guests who have not yet reached the age of 12 (under 12 years old, 3-11.99 years) are considered children. When guests purchase their Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul entry wristbands, it is mandatory for them to present identification or a passport to the cashier to verify the age of infants and children. Children aged 0-3 are admitted free of charge.
4. The wristbands must be kept in their original condition and must not be altered in any way. If a wristband is damaged or lost, please contact the Guest Relations Office. The staff member may request identification and a signature for verification. Please do not remove your wristband or invoice until the end of your visit. Legal action will be taken against anyone using counterfeit wristbands or engaging in fraudulent activities.
5 - Nickelodeon Play! may be affected by high traffic and maintenance work within the Tersane Istanbul complex. Please contact the Guest Relations Office for information regarding any units that are temporarily closed due to technical maintenance.
6 - The validity of the Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul wristbands is for the duration of a visit, within the operating hours of Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul (1 day).
7 - Returns or cancellations are not possible for Nickelodeon Play! bracelets purchased from Tersane Istanbul.
8 - Accompanying individuals are responsible for the people they are with, and... Guests under the age of 12 are not permitted to enter Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul unaccompanied. A guest who is under the age of 12 must be accompanied by someone who is at least 18 years old.
9 - It is strictly prohibited to bring flammable, explosive materials, sharp objects, weapons, and other hazardous items into Nickelodeon Play! at Tersane Istanbul.
10 - At Nickelodeon Play! in the Tersane Istanbul complex, bringing pets is prohibited.
11 - It is prohibited to bring items that may pose a danger to guests or obstruct staff, such as Frisbees, balls, and similar objects. Additionally, it is forbidden to bring items that may disrupt pedestrian traffic, including scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller skates, and similar equipment.
12 - Nickelodeon Play! Istanbul Shipyard Management, or individuals authorized by the management, has the right to prevent guests from entering the park or to remove them from the park if the safety and tranquility of Nickelodeon Play! Istanbul are jeopardized due to theft, aggressive behavior, failure to comply with all park rules, or instances of cutting in line. This right is exercised when guests fail to adhere to the specified safety regulations.
FOOD AND DRINK REGULATIONS.
13 - It is prohibited to bring any food, alcoholic beverages, or non-alcoholic beverages into the Nickelodeon Play! area at the Tersane Istanbul venue.
DRESS CODE.
14 - Guests are responsible for all their belongings. Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
RULES TO BE FOLLOWED.
15 - In all units, there are limitations regarding your safety and comfort, such as health conditions, weight, height, age, and the need for an accompanying person. Adherence to these limitations is mandatory. Otherwise, the guest will be solely responsible for any negative consequences that may arise.
16 - All photos, videos, and audio recordings taken by you are solely for your personal use. Without our written permission, any commercial use, reproduction, or production of these materials is strictly prohibited.
17 - For security reasons, our facility is monitored by a camera system.
18 - The use of cigarettes and tobacco products is prohibited within the Nickelodeon Play! area at Tersane Istanbul; this policy is subject to the provisions of Law No. 4207 and related legislation.
19 - Individuals who are pregnant, have heart conditions, or high blood pressure, or who have physical disabilities or open wounds are prohibited from using the Nickelodeon Play! facilities at Tersane Istanbul. The guest using the facilities is solely responsible for any negative consequences that may arise from non-compliance with this rule.
20 - Guests should be in good health and free from any potential medical issues. If you have any concerns about your health or have chronic conditions, please consult a doctor. For information regarding our policies for guests with disabilities, please refer to the "Accessibility Policy" on our website or contact our Guest Relations Office.
21 - In addition to the above, specific restrictions are indicated on the signage and are monitored by staff. Please pay attention to these restrictions and comply with them.
22 - Entertainment facilities always carry a certain level of risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks that a reasonable person would be aware of. When using these facilities, you should consider it a good exercise in decision-making, and you must behave responsibly, adhering to all written warnings and limitations posted within the facilities, as well as any verbal instructions given by staff.
23 - Nickelodeon Play! at Tersane Istanbul has taken all necessary precautions to provide you with a safe and enjoyable experience. Please adhere to the warning and informational signs, and follow the instructions provided by the staff. However, Nickelodeon Play! at Tersane Istanbul is not liable for any damage to or loss of your personal belongings, deaths, personal injuries, or any resulting consequences, if such loss, damage, or injury is a result of your own negligence, or if it occurs due to a failure to comply with the rules and regulations within Nickelodeon Play! at Tersane Istanbul (including, but not limited to, any negligence on the part of Nickelodeon Play! at Tersane Istanbul), or if it occurs in any other way. These limitations of liability do not affect situations that cannot be excluded under applicable laws, such as liabilities covered by the Consumer Protection Act. These rules apply to the owners and all employees of Nickelodeon Play! at Tersane Istanbul.
24 - The opening and closing hours of all units within Nickelodeon Play! at Tersane Istanbul may vary depending on operational demands.
25 - Nickelodeon Play! reserves the right to modify all terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
DISABILITY POLICY.
26 - Guests with disabilities must be accompanied by a caregiver who is at least 18 years old in order to enter the park.
27 - Guests with disabilities and their companions must observe the entire boarding/disembarkation process to assess suitability and must strictly adhere to all safety signs and instructions; they should not use the facilities if there is any doubt about their ability to do so safely. Staff members cannot directly assess boarding suitability, but they can visually check for compliance with any restrictions.
28 - If you have any questions regarding the units, you can contact the Guest Relations Office before joining the waiting queue.
29 - Attendants are responsible for all potential risks associated with a ride, taking into account the physical condition of the individuals they are accompanying, the safety signage, and the structure of the ride itself.
30 - In situations where attendants need to assist guests with disabilities with sitting or getting up, staff members can provide support; however, staff are not permitted to lift guests with disabilities, as they are not trained in safe lifting techniques appropriate for individuals with disabilities.
31 - In cases where staff identify a clear health risk for guests with disabilities, they may restrict access.
