Neural Echo is a 50-minute live neuro-art performance that brings art, music, and new media technologies together on one stage. Thanks to real-time brainwave technology, the brain activity of the two artists is visualized instantaneously throughout the performance; the mental movements of the creative process, normally invisible, are transformed into sound and image. As RU!’s live art production and Yağız Oral’s piano and electronic music take shape simultaneously, monumental visual compositions evolve with the rhythm of the performance. Live painting, concert, digital art, and light merge into a single narrative, inviting the audience on a cinematic journey.
Each performance is unique to the moment and place in which it takes place. That’s why no Neural Echo show is ever the same.
