Marina Water Park Rules and Regulations.

• Marina Aquapark is a family-oriented facility. For the comfort of all our guests, we kindly request that male visitors be accompanied by a female companion upon entry.
• Children under the age of 8 or those who are shorter than 1.20 meters are not allowed to use the slides.
• It is mandatory to comply with the warning signs and usage instructions for slides and swimming pools.
• It is dangerous for people who cannot swim to use the slides.
• Life jackets are mandatory for adults, and life jackets or armbands are required for children. Only certified flotation devices are permitted.
• It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool.
• Diving, running around the pool edges, and playing pranks that could harm others are prohibited.
• It is forbidden to use slides with keys, jewelry, watches, glasses, or similar accessories.
• It is prohibited to use clothing with chains, zippers, or buckles, as well as any clothing other than swimwear, as these items can pose a safety hazard.
• Chewing gum and consuming food are prohibited within the facility and on the slides.
• Entry is prohibited with dangerous items such as glass objects, cutting tools, and weapons.
• Food and beverages are not allowed to be brought into the facility from outside.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited within the facility. Guests who are intoxicated are not permitted to enter.
• Pets are not allowed.
• In the event of thunderstorms, severe weather, or technical issues, the pools and certain areas may be temporarily closed. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
• Any disruptive behavior or actions that cause disturbance to the environment within the facility are grounds for removal from the premises.
• For the safety of the facility, bag checks may be conducted.
• For valuable items, please use the lockable safes (available for a fee) or the luggage storage lockers. The facility is not responsible for lost items.
• Padlocks are available for rent with a deposit, while safes are available for a fee. Guests are also welcome to bring their own locks if they prefer.
• Babies and children under the age of 3 are only allowed in the pool if they are wearing a specifically designed, waterproof swim diaper.
• The management of Marina Aquapark reserves the right to make changes to prices, dates, times, and content.
• Visitors are responsible for their own health and safety. Individuals with heart conditions, open wounds, skin diseases, infections, or who are pregnant should not use the slides or swimming pools.
• Visitors with physical disabilities should contact the facility management before using the premises.
• It is important to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun and to avoid excessive fatigue.
• The photographs, videos, and audio recordings are intended for personal use only. Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution requires written permission.
• Entry to our water park is valid for a single visit per day. Guests who wish to re-enter the park on the same day must purchase a new entry ticket. 
• Anyone entering the facility is considered to have accepted these rules.

How can I get to Viaport Marina?

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS.

• Transportation with Marmaray.

  • No matter which station you board the Marmaray line between Halkalı and Gebze, get off at the Marmaray Tuzla station. Then, take the minibuses with the Viaport Marina logo that pass in front of the Tuzla station, and you will arrive at Viaport Marina in just 10 minutes.

• Transportation via IETT Buses.

  • You can reach Viaport Marina by taking buses numbered 130A, 130E, 130H, 130T, 133T, or KM13 and getting off at the Galatasaraylılar Sitesi stop.

  • You can reach Viaport Marina by taking buses numbered 130, 133TM, or KM12 and getting off at the Tuzla Marina stop.

• Transportation by private vehicle.

  • From the Kadıköy side: Coming from the D100 (E5) highway, pass the Tuzla State Hospital, turn off at the Tuzla Infantry School exit, pass the Infantry School, and after approximately 500 meters, you will see Viaport Marina on your left.

  • From the Gebze direction: Coming from the D100 (E5) highway, turn off at the Tuzla Infantry School exit. Pass the Infantry School, and after approximately 500 meters, you will see Viaport Marina on your left.
