If a person were forced to kill someone, who would they kill?
Reha's story begins with a single sentence uttered by a fortune teller: "You will kill someone." Furthermore, if he doesn't do it, he will die himself. Thus, life has presented Reha with an ultimatum: "either you, or him"; but it deliberately leaves the "him" ambiguous. Suddenly, everyone in his life becomes a potential candidate. The shopkeeper he encounters in the neighborhood, a distant relative from his past, strangers whose paths cross with his... for Reha, these ordinary people transform into potential victims, each one a possible choice.
However, killing someone is not as easy as making a decision. Especially for someone like Reha, who even delays making decisions while looking at a menu... Because with every choice, Reha has to weigh not only the person in front of him, but also his own conscience, his fears, and his instinct for survival. Moreover, his conscience is constantly talking, his fears never stop, and his instinct for survival often points him towards the wrong person.
"I'm Looking for My Killer" tells the story of a man who, faced with a hopeless situation, grapples with the process of accepting murder as a means of survival, all through a darkly humorous and absurd perspective. While trying to resolve the life-or-death situation, he also wonders, "Is there a way to reverse this?"
And it leaves the audience with a question:
If you were in that situation, who would you kill?
