KIRINTI KÖYÜ - MENEKŞE YAYLASI SPORTİF DOĞA YÜRÜYÜŞÜ
Are you ready to witness the awakening of nature in the spring? Join us for this event, where we'll embark on an unforgettable journey through the natural beauty of Bursa and Kocaeli!
This village is located in an area where people of Georgian origin, who migrated from Georgia, particularly the Batumi region, after the Bolshevik revolution, reside. Because the village has a Georgian neighborhood, Georgian culture is still very much alive. Traditional Georgian dishes are prepared in the neighborhood. The local dialect spoken by the villagers is also Georgian. It is the village furthest from İznik. It is situated in a flat area, and the hills near the village are covered with lush greenery and flowering trees. The park offers a scenic and enjoyable experience, with trails that vary depending on the weather conditions.
Kırıntı Village and its Natural Surroundings: Located on the border of Bursa, this village still retains traces of traditional Black Sea highland life. Our hike will begin here, and will traverse areas with... Oak, chestnut, beech, and hornbeam. It will proceed through an atmosphere rich in oxygen, surrounded by trees. Along the way, there will also be... pine, fir, and linden. We will be passing through a magnificent green tunnel lined with trees.
Menekşe Yaylası: (This translates to "Menekşe Highland" or "Menekşe Plateau," where "Menekşe" is a type of flower, the violet.) Located within the Kocaeli province, Menekşe Yaylası, with its altitude of 1000 meters, is a popular destination for nature lovers, boasting lush meadows, a rich flora, and a tranquil atmosphere. Starting in March, the first signs of spring can be observed in the highlands, with flowers beginning to bloom. purple violets, yellow crocuses, white snowdrops, and forest roses. This will transform the walk into a visual feast.
Breakfast:
We will have breakfast on the ferry.
Lunch:
For lunch, we're bringing our own food. I recommend bringing light sandwiches, boiled eggs, nuts, fruit, and snacks. Bringing tea or coffee in a thermos would be a good idea. Also, bringing a mat to sit on during breaks will enhance your comfort.
Dinner:
On the way back, we will make a decision together based on the majority vote.

We recommend that you keep a spare pair of shoes and some extra clothing in your vehicle.
