Kirill Richter - Towards the Beloved City
Composer and pianist Kirill Richter, one of the brightest representatives of the contemporary neoclassical music scene, is performing in Turkey for the first time to present his new album Towards the Beloved City. The album was released at the end of 2025 by the prestigious Warner Classics label.
Kirill Richter’s music is known for its striking minimalism and cinematic sounds, and is frequently used in film, theater, opera, and large-scale media projects. His composition Where Angels Fear to Tread was selected as the main musical theme of the FIFA 2018 World Cup and reached millions of viewers.
Kirill Richter will be accompanied on stage by the Richter Trio. The trio consists of violinist Alyona Zinovyeva and cellist August Krepak.
