Sometimes, life traps us within the confines of our fears, habits, and the boundaries set by others. But what if freedom is precisely the courage to step outside those boundaries?
"Butterflies are Free" tells the story of Can, who is trying to break free from the shadow of his overprotective mother and build his own life, and Aylin, a free-spirited woman who moves into the apartment next door. The unexpected connection between these two very different people gradually begins to change their perspectives on life, relationships, and themselves.
With its warm humor, vulnerability, and realism, the play brings to the stage, in a heartfelt way, the transformative power of love, the journey of becoming an individual, the process of change, and the pursuit of freedom.
Some people enter our lives to remind us of ourselves. And sometimes, a person's struggle for freedom reflects the lives of all of us.
