Kafka'nın Maymunu Oyunu
"Freedom, or just a way out?"
Kafka's Monkey tells the story of Red Peter, who is captured in the forest as a monkey and locked in a cage, then learns to become human in order to survive. Giving up his nature to blend in among people, Red Peter describes this difficult transformation before an academic committee, while actually holding up a mirror to us.
Walking the fine line that separates human from animal and animal from human, this story is a tragic tale of clinging to life through imitation, adapting, and giving up oneself.
