To others, I am simply very ill. Illness is just a lie. A huge lie that covers the time before death; a lie they try to mask with their visits, trying to reduce it to something ordinary... Stop with the lies! You know I'm dying, and I know it too. Just stop lying, please!
Far away, at the very beginning of life, there was a point of light. Later, that point grew darker and darker. And it did so at an increasingly rapid pace... Like a stone falling to the ground, its speed inversely proportional to the square of the distance to death. A growing pile of suffering, tumbling headlong towards the end, towards the most terrible torment... That is life.
