It was the year 1945! Hitler, unable to accept his defeat in World War II, committed suicide along with his wife Eva, and thus descended into the hell he deserved.
After witnessing Hitler, the tormentors who used to carry out their duties in the shadows have now had their role taken over by Hitler himself.
One day, the Angel of Democracy and Yardoş, who are responsible for worldly affairs, visit Hitler in hell. The Angel of Democracy, having discussed Hitler with Auguste Comte, decides to send him back to Earth with the hope that he might become a better person. However, there is one condition: Eva must also be sent back to Earth with him.
This time, the location is Istanbul.
Let's see if Hitler, after experiencing a series of events in Istanbul, from struggling to make ends meet to working as a laborer in construction and painting, and ultimately taking an aptitude test for his lifelong dream of becoming a painter, can finally become a good person.
