These images are the last recordings left by Dr. Meltem Taşkıran. A neuro-criminologist who believes in evidence rather than spirits, she is investigating a single word whispered by her patients during moments of crisis: "They're here." Two patients who have never met utter the same word. And that same night, she receives a phone call; her grandmother has been muttering the same thing for days. Meltem takes her camera and returns to the village where she was born. After that night, nothing is as she knew it. Meltem records every moment.
