Foreign Affair is an international social gathering that brings together people from around the world for a Friday night of music, conversation, and new connections at Yabangee Base. Whether you're new to Istanbul, have lived in the city for years, or are simply looking to expand your social circle, the event is open to anyone who wants to meet people in a relaxed and international atmosphere.

Throughout the evening, a DJ will provide the music, and simple networking activities will help make introductions a bit easier. There's no complicated format or packed schedule: come with friends or on your own, grab a drink, meet people from diverse backgrounds, and relax for the evening.

Yabangee Base is the home of Yabangee, an independent community platform that has been helping people connect in Istanbul for over a decade. Designed as an affordable and welcoming space, it hosts a variety of activities, from pub quizzes and live music to language exchanges, workshops, board game nights, and community gatherings. Whether you're new to the city, a long-time resident, Turkish, or international, Yabangee Base aims to make meeting people a little easier.
