- The ticket office will be open one day before the match and on the day of the match, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

- Student section tickets can only be purchased at the ticket office. A student ID is required.

- Only the home team's fans will be allowed to attend the matches, and entry to the arena will not be permitted for fans of the visiting team.

-In accordance with the decision of the Provincial Sports Security Committee, the following items will not be permitted into the stadium:

The following items are prohibited: loose change, cameras, power banks, charging adapters, personal computers, umbrellas, selfie sticks, professional audio and video equipment (video cameras, cameras, GoPro accessories, etc.), e-cigarettes, food and beverages brought from outside, flammable or explosive materials (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, makeup, etc.), any item that could be used as a cutting or piercing tool, laser pointers, whistles, and any other materials that could be thrown onto the field or pose a hazard.

- Fenerbahçe Sports Club reserves the right to remove spectators from the stadium if they engage in actions that violate the Law on the Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports during the match.

- We have a limited number of paid parking spaces available. If the parking capacity is full, we are unable to assist individual members with parking.
