Dansöz
Belly dancer.
"The Dancer" tells the story of a lost little girl, Meryem, whom no one, not even her own mother, ever looks at. Meryem is one of those children who seem to carry the weight of the world on their shoulders. But one day, a piece of music changes everything: Meryem discovers a lightness within herself, a connection to ancient rituals, and as she dances, she grows. For the first time, people turn to look at her.
In those moments when all eyes are on her, Maryam realizes that the gaze itself carries a weight; that sometimes, being seen is the heaviest burden, and that the person looking almost always demands more than what they actually see.
From here on out, it's all downhill!
