Çehov Kabare

Lost in the crowd, yet brought to life through the words of an author, are the stories of people who, with their flesh and bone, live among us.
"Chekhov Cabaret" is comprised of five short plays that bring together selected characters from Anton Chekhov's stories and plays. While seemingly independent, these plays are like pieces of a puzzle, coming together to complement each other. The play explores how class divisions, present in all aspects of life, create a ridiculous and inescapable sense of disconnect between individuals. "Chekhov Cabaret" is a comedic play that allows you to both engage with the intellectual style of theater and delve into a Chekhovian interpretation, all while enjoying a hearty laugh fueled by genuine emotions.
