BİR SANİYE

A ring. An interrogation. Lives that change in a single second.

The boxer Baran, who fought in an exhibition match, believes he has won after knocking out his young opponent. However, when his opponent is admitted to the intensive care unit, the subsequent investigation, conducted by the organizer Selim and the media relations and PR coordinator Aylin, takes a very different turn.

As illegal betting, sponsorship, media manipulation, and spectator culture become more prevalent, the boundaries between victory, crime, conscience, and responsibility become blurred.

"One Second" is a contemporary play that explores themes of violence, responsibility, and conflicts of interest, using dark humor, absurd moments, and a disturbing theatrical language.
