The Last Day of a Woman's Murder.

A woman recounts her life, her loves, her disappointments, and the violence she has endured, knowing that tonight is the night she will be murdered. Throughout the evening, the past and the present intertwine; the woman shifts between her childhood, her first love, and the relationship that ultimately led to her demise. From the very beginning, the audience knows that the murder will take place, but the central question is not "who will kill her," but rather "who are the people and what societal forces led her to this end." In the final moments, as the murder occurs, the audience witnesses not just the story of a victim, but the story of a life tragically cut short.
