Altın Gün

Altın Gün will perform at the Volkswagen Arena on November 13th, as part of the first Istanbul concert for their sixth studio album, "Garip," organized by Pozitif Müzik.

Fans of Altın Gün will find plenty of the authentic Anatolian sounds they're looking for.

The group, which has gained worldwide recognition with its Grammy nomination, is now turning its focus directly to its roots. The album "Garip" is entirely... Neşet Ertaş. The album consists of his compositions. Ertaş, one of the most prominent folk singers of Anatolia in the modern era, is featured, and his works are reinterpreted within Altın Gün's unique musical style.

Group Composition:

• Jasper Verhulst – bass.
• Erdinç Eçevit – vocals, bağlama (a traditional Turkish stringed instrument), keyboard.
• Daniel Smienk – drums.
