A Politically Neutral Game.
Eight municipal employees working in the Culture Department of a municipality are suddenly tasked, at the behest of the mayor, with writing and staging a "political but neutral" play. This team, none of whom are theater professionals, censors every word in the script out of fear of repercussions. The unexpected result of their inability to speak on stage culminates in an unforeseen social breakthrough!
