Large-scale projections, interactive installations, archival footage, augmented reality, and virtual reality experiences transform Dalí's surreal world into a multi-layered digital experience.
The exhibition, specially designed for the approximately 2,000 square meter Digital Experience Center, features several unique experiences. These include an Immersive Experience Room that surrounds Dalí's works with 360-degree projections, a collective VR experience called "Dalivers: Dalí's Virtual Universe," "Surrealism Boulevard," where visitors can incorporate their own creations into the digital world, and "Dalí Cinema," an augmented reality experience that combines Dalí's works with archival footage.
The Istanbul exhibition is also accompanied by a special selection of photographs taken by Ara Güler during his meetings with Salvador Dalí in 1971, and which are preserved in the Ara Güler Museum, Ara Güler Archive and Research Center.
Along with the exhibition, the Digital Experience Center's interactive experiences are also being updated. The expanded VR area, the new cinema room, and the photography exhibition space offer visitors the opportunity to rediscover the DDM.
