Democracy and Freedom Island, a place of great significance in our recent history, awaits its visitors.

Following the trials held after the 1960 coup, Yassıada, a place etched in people's memories, has been transformed into an "Island of Democracy and Freedoms," with the mission of providing guidance for the future, and has become one of the most unique projects implemented in our country.

Located within the blue waters of the Sea of Marmara, on one of the islands of Istanbul, the Democracy and Freedoms Island features a cultural area that highlights the island's cultural significance. This area includes museums, historical and registered buildings, outdoor art installations, and a library. In addition, there are event spaces comprising a hotel, a conference center, a café, and restaurants.

The island welcomes visitors who wish to witness history and experience its transformation with every step they take.
