Pop-Punk & Emo Mixtape Night

Pop Punk & Emo Night returns to Yabangee Base on Friday 24 July for a late-night celebration of the songs that defined a generation. From Green Day, My Chemical Romance, Blink-182, Paramore, Fall Out Boy, Linkin Park, Avril Lavigne, Panic! At The Disco, Bring Me The Horizon, and more, expect a night of pop-punk, emo, alternative, and scene-era classics, with non-stop anthems, singalongs, requests, and a dance floor full of people who know every word. Alongside the music, the night also features a Community Mixtape Exchange. We'll provide paper and supplies for you to handwrite your own ten-song pop-punk and emo mixtape, pin it to the community board, and before you leave, take home someone else's playlist to discover after the event. Participation is optional, but you can only take a mixtape if you've left one of your own, making it a simple way to share favourite songs and discover new ones through the community. Doors open at 21:30. Entry is 200 TL at the door, or free with advance online RSVP. Come with friends or come solo; either way, you'll be among people who still believe these songs deserve to be played loud. Black eyeliner is optional. Knowing every lyric certainly isn't. Event Rules This event is open to participants aged 18 and over. Entry is at the discretion of the venue. The door staff's decision is final. No outside food or drinks, sharp objects, or flammable items are permitted inside the event area. By attending, participants consent to being photographed and filmed during the event. Professional video or photography equipment is not permitted without prior written consent from the organizers.
