Altınpark

Opened in 1991 on a former golf course, the 64-hectare Altınpark is one of Ankara's biggest urban parks, with a pond, an open-air cinema area, exhibition halls, cafes and long walking paths. The Feza Gürsey Science Centre and the fairground inside make it easy to build a full day for a family with children. It sits on the Keçiören border, so you can add Estergon Castle to the same day.
