Zagon

Izzet is a crow from Istanbul. Having grown up in the streets, he is well-versed in all the positive and negative behaviors of humans. When he appears as a narrator, he begins to tell a story of revenge. After his friend Erkut is killed callously and brutally by a human, Izzet organizes the crows to take revenge on humanity.

The relationship between humans and animals is such that humans' reckless, selfish, and brutal behavior will be observed by the Crows, who, by their very nature, are vindictive. They will use this inherent tendency to protect all animals, establishing a new set of rules (a new "Racon").

Summary.

It's a dark, stifling, and humid night in Istanbul... A turbulent story begins, stretching from the harsh asphalt of the North Marmara Highway to the historic rooftops of Galata. But this time, the protagonist is not a human; it's a crow from Tarlabaşı, well-versed in the ways of the streets, puffing on a cigarette, and unable to tolerate injustice: his name is İzzet.

İzzet uses his distinctive, sharp, and humorous language to portray people's arrogance, their insatiable desire for power, and the obsequiousness of the seagulls that divide the sky. He openly lays bare everything, from exploiting tourists in Cihangir to the inflation of cat food prices, and from the hidden rules of the streets to the incomprehensible cruelty of people.

As life was flowing smoothly, Izzet's world was turned upside down when his close friend, Erkut, was heinously shot by a "mafia boss" who arrived in a brand-new car. Swearing revenge for his friend, Izzet taps into the extraordinary intelligence and loyalty characteristic of crows, meticulously crafting a flawless, tragicomic, and bloody revenge plan.
