Vatan Kurtaran Şaban

Shaban, the Patriot.
The Land Registry Director, Mehmet Şaban, unexpectedly attends a performance of "Swan Lake" and encounters a friend from the Prime Minister's office, learning that he has been appointed to the Ministry of Culture. Despite claiming he is not suited for the position, he is unable to dissuade them, and the comedy begins. Poor Şaban, the land registry official, is assigned to a field he knows nothing about. He immediately apologizes and pleads, saying, "This isn't my area of expertise." But the order comes from above. He thinks to himself, "Well, since I have a sensitive heart, since I am a patriot and a man of faith, and since the nation is in danger, I will roll up my sleeves and fight to save the country." Mr. Şaban gets involved in the country's cultural affairs and oversees all kinds of events associated with culture and art. He makes new decisions. Mr. Şaban and his assistant, with their new solutions, find themselves in ridiculous situations. They make a mess of the work they don't understand.
