With our certified guides, we aim to provide you with the safest and most enjoyable experience, tailored to the weather and wind conditions of the day. Before you enter the water, our expert team will provide a brief but comprehensive introduction to basic paddling techniques and safety information, ensuring you feel completely confident.
Depending on the wind and water conditions on that day, we will be carrying out one of the following two unique routes, which will offer you the most beautiful views of Istanbul:
1. Job & Nature Route: A peaceful course located on the calm waters of the Golden Horn, surrounded by nature and history.
Historical Feshane and Eyüpsultan Mosque: The historical and spiritual atmosphere that rises along the coastline.
Pierre Loti Hill: A unique view of the Golden Horn from this iconic hilltop location.
Rabbit Island: Enjoy a peaceful ride around the natural islet, which is home to animals such as rabbits, geese, and ducks.
2. Galata & Historic Peninsula Route: This panoramic and iconic route offers stunning views of Istanbul's iconic landmarks from a vantage point near the water level.
Golden Horn Shipyard: The historical fabric of one of the world's oldest and still-active shipyards.
Bulgarian Iron Church (St. Stephen): The magnificent architecture of the world's only church made entirely of cast iron.
Fanar Greek High School: The magnificent red-brick building stands proudly on the slopes overlooking the Golden Horn.
Historical Houses of Balat: The colorful and nostalgic streets of Istanbul, lined along the coast.
Galata Tower & Galata Bridge: The privilege of admiring one of the city's most famous skylines from the water.
Throughout the journey, your professional guide will share the fascinating history and stories behind each site you visit, and will also guide you to the best spots for taking photos.
The calm and sheltered waters of the Golden Horn, combined with our routes that stay close to the shore, offer a comfortable and enjoyable kayaking experience for all participants aged 10 and above, even for those who are trying kayaking for the first time.
At the end of our tour, we will return to our starting point, where we can relax by the shore and share photos of this unique experience.
