Friend Point members and prospective members come together at the Speed Networking event to build new professional connections and collaborations.

Entrepreneurs, company executives, professionals, consultants, freelancers, and self-employed individuals will have the opportunity to connect with different people through 5-minute one-on-one meetings, where they can introduce themselves, describe their work, and explore potential collaboration opportunities.

We recommend that you prepare for the event by considering these three questions:

What am I doing?

What industry do I work in, what is my area of expertise, and what kind of work do I do?

What am I looking for?

Are you looking for a new customer, business partner, supplier, service provider, project collaborator, or professional contact?

What can I offer?

How can I add value through my knowledge, experience, expertise, services, or professional network?

The goal is not simply to collect business cards or sell products; it's about connecting with the right people, sharing new ideas, expanding your professional network, and paving the way for new collaborations.

ACTIVITY PROGRAM.

20:00 – 20:10 | Opening Remarks.

Explanation of the Speed Networking system and its rules.

20:10 – 21:20 | Speed Network

5-minute one-on-one meetings. After each round, participants rotate to meet with a new person.

21:20 – 21:50 | Deepen the Connection.

Participants who identified potential for collaboration or joint ventures during initial meetings will reconvene. This includes opportunities for exchanging business cards and LinkedIn profiles, as well as detailed discussions and one-on-one meetings in dedicated meeting rooms, depending on compatibility.

21:50 – 22:05 | Your Word to the Community.

A limited number of participants will have the opportunity to speak for 3 minutes each. You can share with the community the professional connections you are seeking, the contributions you can offer, or the collaborations you would like to develop.

22:05 – 22:30 | Open Networking & Closing Remarks.

Continued discussions with new contacts and informal networking opportunities.
