"What's Good for You" is not a typical show.

This interactive performance offers a vibrant experience filled with laughter, music, dance, storytelling, surprise performances, and improvisational games, all designed to promote well-being and have a positive impact on the nervous system.

Participation is entirely voluntary. There is no pressure. Only those who wish to do so can become involved in the performance.

On stage, we have Hülya Mutlu, with her unique storytelling, engaging interactions, and a style that touches the heart. And of course, the character of Zülfiye Abla is also there. She appears suddenly, with her wise demeanor, subtly influencing the atmosphere of the room; a funny, familiar character, a reflection of reality that we all recognize in our own lives.

But the core issue is that modern life is exhausting us all, to some extent.

"Sana İyi Gelecek" is an experience that revitalizes, invigorates, relaxes, and helps you reconnect with yourself.
